Jess was very good! Was very thorough and she was training someone and was very good at showing her how to do things the right way. She asked me if I had any questions and made sure I got a good look over the areas when she was done. The prices were reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Thank you!Posted on Google

L C (Peters Township Gal)2602 days agoI’ve been so happy with the ownership as well as my cleaner, Corrine. Everyone I speak with has a positive and professional attitude and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Corrine is thorough, careful, and conscientious in her work. She brings ideas on how to deal with my tricky cleaning issues and is willing to tackle any project on which I need assistance. I especially appreciate the flexibility in scheduling and electronic payment. My cleaners in the past had no bandwidth for special projects or giving me extra time around special events or holidays. I am glad to say those are problems of the past! The cleaners at Cleaning Maid Beautiful are insured and bonded by the company which eases my mind when they are working in my home. Finally, all of their products are natural and nontoxic to humans and animals. In short, if you’re looking for a cleaning service that is reliable and flexible, look no further. 😊Posted on Google

Mama Pow1635 days agoM arrived on time & quickly & expertly cleaned the 1st & 2nd floor of our town home in just under 2.5 hrs. I will have all 3 levels done next time. The company itself professionally presents and its’ contract agreement spells out exactly what you can expect in service delivery. I will call for regular service & request M. I’ll also double her tip next since I forgot on my initial service😔. Very satisfied with service & cost.Posted on Google

Phyllis Bianchetti2890 days agoKimberly- the owner is amazing. When I first called to arrange cleaning service she took her time asked me what I wanted explained the billing process, the time line for cleaning and was very informative. She arranged our cleaning service for every two weeks. She wanted the best experience for me. Very impressed. Allie the young lady that came today to clean was awesome. I showed her around the house and she worked from the moment she walked in. Very polite and very informed as to the cleaning. She cleans like I do. Allie was on her knees making sure the glass on the showers sparkled. Dust with dust clothes- no feather duster here. Very organized. I was reluctant about using a service however being new the The Pittsburgh area and in a new home in a new subdivision no one had any recommendations. The service was impeccable. From the first phone call with Kimberly to the follow thru call after Allie finished today. Ten stars to “Clean Maid Beautiful “ .Kimberly your employees represent you well. Thank you. I would recommend this coming to anyone.Posted on Google

I did the same thing on before with them. Anytime you call on the phone whoever speak with is friendly and caring and let you know about the deals going on and set you up with an appointment very quickly. They also return calls quickly.Jessica came out to clean my house yesterday and was here for two hours. I gave her a list of things I wanted done and she was able to finish them all in two hours. She was lovely and pleasant and she cleaned my house so wonderfully I will definitely hire this company again and ask for Jessica! There’s definitely some more things that I could have her clean in my house.! The checkout process to make payment was easy to do also and they were very helpful with that. Love that there’s different options also that you could pick for cleaning. Thanks again!Posted on Google

Audra Beatty1992 days agoI had a deep cleaning scheduled on 4/27 for my entire house (2 stories, 4BR, 2.5 bath). I was supposed to have two techs. Tia arrived on time and was very friendly and got the lay of the land and got started in my office so I took my first few meetings in the dining room. After about an hour, she checked in with me to say she was finished with the office and that she learned the other cleaning tech had some sort of emergency and called off unexpectedly. She was calm and professional in her communication. She told me she cleared her afternoon appointment and would be staying to complete the entire deep clean herself. She cleaned non-stop for almost six hours. I was really impressed with how confidently and independently she worked! She was really pleasant and helpful every time I bumped into her throughout the house. I was very happy with the final results of the cleaning. I haven’t stumbled upon anything she missed! I would be happy to have Tia clean for me again.Posted on Google
Shawn Mulvay983 days agoMy Wife and I have been clients of Cleaning Maid Beautiful for several years. We are extremely pleased with the service. We look forward to every other Wednesday when Mady our Tech comes to clean. We love the fact that have someone in Mady that knows the in and outs of our home and she does an awesome job for us! And of course during those times that Mady has a conflict and/or is off, the folks at Cleaning Made Beautiful always ensure we got someone who can live up to the bar that Mady has set. Thanks Mady and thanks Cleaning Made Beautiful!Posted on Google

Lindsay Icuss2434 days agoI recently had Jess & Heidi come to my house for a first time cleaning. In the past I had always used independent cleaners, and was never entirely happy with the results - they were always just good. But why settle for good when you can have great!! After my first cleaning with Jess & Heidi - I cannot believe what I’ve been missing!! Their attention to detail is impeccable. Things that were missed multiple times in the past - gone! Products made in house with essential oils, that are changed seasonally. An entire check-list of tasks that they must complete. So pleasant to be around and priced very fair! I could go on and on. I am not one who is easily impressed, but I was honestly blown away by their work. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a cleaning company! I would give 10 stars if I could!Posted on Facebook
