We accept all major credit/debit cards.

We provide all the equipment and supplies necessary for the service. This includes vacuums, eco-friendly cleaners, mops, microfiber cloths, pads, and step stools. If you wish, you may provide the products for the service. We will not use any bleach products for the safety of our technicians.

No, you do not to be present. If you are not able to meet the technicians to let them in, please let us know how they will access you home. If you have any special instructions on how to let the specialists in, please let the office know any details. Please note: If our specialists are locked out of your home, our cancellation policy will take effect.

Tipping is completely optional but is greatly appreciated.

Yes, if you are a recurring customer, we make every attempt to keep a technician assigned to your home. There are times where a technician may be unavailable due to vacations or illness.

We generally send out 1 technician. However, for larger services or special requests we send out more.

We will clean a finished basement; we do not clean unfinished basements. In addition, we only mop basement floors that have a smooth finish.

We guarantee our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly come back for no charge within 24 hours to make it right. We take a lot of pride in our services and want nothing more than for you to get the service you deserve.

We are happy to hear our client’s feedback. Let us know if there is an area we can improve. If you are satisfied with your experience, feel free to rate our service on Google or Facebook.

Word-of-mouth recommendations are what keep us going. Tell others about your clean home and how CMB is responsible for it, and we will give you a $25 credit towards your next service. If you refer 5 people and they all receive service, you will receive 10% off all your future services for life!

 

There is no limit to the number of referrals. The more referrals you send our way the more we credit your account!

We ask that you have all the dishes dome ahead of time so that our technician can get to your sink and around the kitchen. If you wish to have sheets changed, please have a set on the bed for them. Picking up general clutter is also recommended as it enables our technician to quickly and efficiently service your home in the shortest time possible.

There is a cancellation fee of half your cleaning rate if you cancel in less than 48 hours of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will be charged your full cleaning rate.

 

This policy is in place because we have held your appointment time, and it was not available to other clients and possibly prevents our specialists from working.

We are fully bonded and insured. All of our technicians go through rigorous background checks and training.

We are open Monday – Friday. Morning cleanings start between 8 – 9A.M. Please Note: We can guarantee morning start times but due to the nature of the business, afternoon start times can vary up to 1 hour.

We are closed for New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Our laundry service is coming soon!

Removing mold can be a hazardous task for our technicians, therefore we can not clean and mold.

We vacuum carpets/rugs. If you want your carpets/rugs washed we can recommend Honest Abe’s Clean Home. 

We do not do any top to bottom cleaning of walls. We will lightly spot clean walls behind stoves, garbage cans, etc.
